- Dr. David Bassal trained on the Gold Coast graduating with Honors from Griffith University in 2010.

- Dr Basal is co- founder and part of the faculty of Australasian Implant Academy the premier dental academy in Australia teaching other dentists to place dental implants – teaching over 200 dentists a year in simple and complex implant treatment.
- Has been inducted into Brisbane Water Private Hospital where he performs weekly surgery for implants, surgical and complex treatments.
- Is a Global Ambassador for Zero Bone Loss Concepts a movement in predictable implant placement less than 20 dentists world wide.

After years of discomfort and failing teeth, this gentleman presented to me having been referred by a close friend we had treated with implants. Whilst these teeth are temporary (4 months until the implants integrate) “Armsy” can’t stop smiling and we can see why!

When our lovely patient presented with missing back teeth and deficient bone to place implants the only solution was a bone augmentation procedure.
Thanks to the marvels of modern dentistry, I was able to augment bone in the posterior upper segments – later placing titanium implants to support her bite and complete the smile.
Once the bone had matured and implants integrated a smile design was the obvious next step.
It has been a journey but definitely one well worth it. So glad to see the result, and another beautiful patients smiling – this is what it’s all about
